Stuffed Pruned

Ingredients -
350 g. pitted prunes |
1. Stuff each prunes with the walnut halves. 2. Heat butter or margarine in a sauce pan and sauté for about 5 minutes. 3. Add the sugar, water, pomegranate syrup, and lemon juice. 4. Simmer, uncovered, over a low heat for about 20 minutes or until tender and a thick syrup is formed. 5. Serves as a side dish. 6. Serve: 6-8 |
