The Chinese do not make a great production of the sweet course as we do in Pakistan. A few sweet items may be included in the meal to add variety and to provide something to nibble between dishes, but they usually finish the meal with a fresh fruit like Lycheese. There are, however, a number of sweet dishes which make a pleasant ending to a Chinese meal.
