Ingredients - Fresh coconut, grated 2 tbsps. For Seasoning |
1.Fry chopped ginger with green chilies for 1 or 2 minutes. 2.Grind it with coconut, salt and jaggery. 3.Heat oil, add mustard and pour tamarind extract with ground paste. 4.Stir well for 1 or 2 minutes, serve. |
