Mint (Podina) Ki Chutney Contributed by Ambreen Imran (Lahore)
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mint
leaves
- 2 green chillies finely chopped
- 1 tsp ginger finely chopped
- 2 tsp onion finely chopped
- 1 tsp sugar
- juice of a small lemon.
Wash the mint leaves and grind to a paste with the rest of the
ingredients, add in the lemon juice at the end.
