 Pina Colada

Ingredients

-  4 cups ice cubes
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1\2 cup coconut cream
- 1\4 tsp. vanilla
- 4 fresh pineapple wedges
- freshly grated nutmeg
- Mint leaves

A refreshing drink from the tropical. More enjoying on the pool side but can be served on Coffee mornings as a welcome drink. You can find most of the ingredients on any food shop . The drink is to be served in long neck glasses 
1. Put ice cubes, pineapple juice, coconut cream and vanilla in blender and blend until slushy.
2. Pour into tall glasses.
3. Garnish with pineapple, mint  and nutmeg.
