Liver With Green Masala |

Ingredients - 1\2 kg.

1. Wash the liver and cut into 1 inch pieces and put it in a strainer
to remove excess water. 2. Heat oil in a karahi or frying pan and fry onions until light brown. 3. Meanwhile grind the ginger, garlic, green chili and hara dhania in a food processor or blender. Add this to onions and fry the onion mixture for about 5 minutes. 4. Add salt, liver and garam masala and fry for few minutes over medium heat. Cover and cook for 5 minutes over low heat. 5. Serve with Nan, or Roti . |
