Coconut Macaroons |

Ingredients

1.
Beat egg whites and salt till soft peaks, gradually add sugar, and vanilla
and beat to a stiff peaks. 2. Fold in coconut. Drop from a teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet. 3. Bake in a 325F oven for about 15-20 minutes. Cool for about 10 minutes. 4. Make about 20-24 cookies. |
