5 Minute Fudge

Ingredients

- 2 tbs. butter
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 cups (4 ounce) mini marshmallow
- 1 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate pieces
- 1/2 cup nuts

Combine butter, milk, sugar, salt in a pan over medium heat. Bring to boil. Cook for five minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat, stir in mellows, chocolate, vanilla and nuts. Stir hard for one minute till marshmallow melt and blend. Pour in a 8" square butter pan, cool and cut in squares.
