Pear And Feta Salad |

Ingredients -
3 tbsp. oil |
1.Heat
oil in a small frying pan, add walnut and fry until lightly golden, about 5
minutes.
Remove with a slotted spoon to a plate lined with
kitchen papers. 2. Peel core and dice the pears. Break the lettuce into large pieces and put in a salad bowl along with pear, feta cheese, walnut and raisins. 3. Put lemon juice, walnut oil or olive oil and black pepper in a screw top jar. Shake well and pour over the salad. Serves: 4 |
