Refrigerator Biscuits |

Ingredients
|
1. Grease
two baking sheets. 2. Cream together butter or margarine until pale and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. 3. Stir in the flour and lemon rind. Mix to form a firm paste and knead lightly to a smooth paste. Wrap the paste and chill in the refrigerator for 25-30 minutes. 4 Shape dough into long roll about 2 inches in diameter and 8 inches long. Wrap in waxed paper clear plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 40 minutes. 5. Cut off 1/4 inch slices. Place on the baking sheets and bake in a 375F oven for 12-15 minutes. cool on a wire rack. Make about 30 biscuits. |
